Dayforge Vault (io.dayforge.vault) lets you delete your account and everything in it from inside the app — or erase just your content and keep the account. Both options are described below, along with an email path if you can't sign in.
Option 1 — Delete your account and all data
- Open Dayforge Vault and sign in.
- Tap your profile, then open Settings (or go to dayforge.io/settings).
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
What this deletes:
- Your login and email address
- Brain dumps and raw captured text
- Calendar blocks, backlog items, and task completion counts
- Journal entries and your AI blueprint
- Achievements, including AI-minted ones
- Plan tier, AI credit balances, and subscription state
- Your profile row and any anonymous visitor ID attached to it
Account data is removed from active systems immediately and from encrypted backups within 30 days. Billing records we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting purposes are kept by our payment processor for the period the law requires; they contain no brain dumps, journal entries, or calendar content.
Option 2 — Delete your data but keep your account
- Open Dayforge Vault and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Danger zone.
- Tap Erase my data (keep account) and type ERASE to confirm.
This permanently erases your brain dumps, calendar blocks, backlog, journal, task stats, achievements, and AI blueprint — on this device and in the cloud — while keeping your login, plan, and credits so you can start fresh.
You can also delete individual items at any time inside the app; emptying Trash performs a hard delete.
Can't sign in? Request it by email
Email cris@velkstudio.com from the address on your account and tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or only your content erased. We confirm and action requests within 7 days, and complete deletion within 30 days.
