Founder of Dayforge Vault

Built by someone who needed it. Dayforge Vault turns your spoken thoughts into a calm, realistic schedule, because willpower is a terrible calendar.

Over a year ago, I had a simple idea: a calendar I could just talk to. I didn't want to tap through forms or drag boxes around. I wanted to say what was on my mind and have something turn it into a real plan.

I started with an AI receptionist named Rachel. She was built for business phone calls and customer scheduling, but I used her to manage my own days. I would tell her what I needed to do, she would mark it in her planner, and she would ping me when it was time to move. It actually worked, but she was not shaped around the way I wanted to plan my own days.

So I started building the app I actually wanted. The first name was Brain Blocks. It made sense at the time, but it never quite felt right. After more iteration, I landed on Dayforge, because you're not just listing tasks, you're forging your day. I added Vault because the achievement system felt like collecting proof of who you're becoming. Like The Sims, but for your real life.

"I built Dayforge Vault for people whose brains run faster than their calendars."

I have ADHD. I know what it's like to have a thousand ideas and finish half of them. To say yes to too much. To stare at a packed calendar and still feel behind. Dayforge Vault is my answer: a privacy-first place where you can dump your thoughts, set a hard daily ceiling, and actually follow the plan it gives you.

The app won't do the work for you. Nothing can. But if you use it, if you actually follow the calendar it forges, it becomes a lot easier to finish what matters.

What we believe

Principles, not features.

Privacy first

Your private thoughts stay in your vault. Signed-out data never leaves your device.

Calm over packed

A realistic 8-hour ceiling beats a heroic 12-hour collapse. Buffers are non-negotiable.

Action over permission

The schedule should adapt to your life, not ask you to micro-manage every edge case.

Follow the calendar

The best plan in the world is useless if you ignore it. We build tools that make following easier.
